E.許多民主國家尊重柯林頓總統與柯林頓家族解決國際問題的能力。
F.眾議院一旦通過對柯林頓總統的彈劾將傷害美國的利益。
G.現在是柯林頓家族在世界發揮影響力的時刻，一定要像過去那樣行得通，不要阻止或阻礙柯林頓家族的任務，如亞洲危機、戰爭危機、核子危機、武器危機與愛滋病危機。

From the reports; lawyers for President Bill Clinton yesterday (Dec. 8, 1998) kicked off a two day, 30 hour defense aimed at convincing the Republican-led House Judiciary Committee to stop short of approving articles of impeachment against the President.
In our view;
A. National polls show Americans remain opposed by two-to-on margin to impeachment of the President.
B. ABC News poll released on Monday (Dec. 6, 1998) showed that a bare majority of Americans wanted Clinton put on trial for prejury after his term of office ends two years from now.
C. From history; there is nothing more important facing people's wish.
D. President Bill Clinton acted as a key point of international stability.
E. Many democratic countries respect President Bill Clinton related with Clinton's ability to solve international problems.
F. That approval by the House of Impeachment against Clinton would hurt United State's advantage.
G. It is the time of Clinton's effect in our world; must make it works as before, never stop and block Clinton's duty; thus as Asia crisis, war crisis, nuke crisis, weapons crisis and AIDS crisis...
