「物質不離靈性，靈性不離物質」
人類受孕的過程：
In in vitro (test tube) fertilization it is observed that for a few hours a so called「pre-conception attraction complex」exists: a state in which the egg is surrounded by several dozens of sperm cells, lying with their heads against the membrane of the egg cell and their tails away from her. It has been observed, too, that this complex starts to rotate. This is caused by the movement of the tails of the sperm cells. After a while they begin to move more or less rhythmically in the same way. Van der Wal calls this a "mating dance".
This dance of ovum and sperm-cells and the reversal of the normal relationships during the hours of pre-conception attraction complex, may be necessary to open up the physical for the spiritual. It is possible that an encounter with the soul and spirit of a human being is being prepared. The pre-conception attraction complex may be the moment where the spirit-germ of the new human being is linked with its physical germ. This may be the moment of the incarnation, which is experienced or perceived by some people. They notice not only that there is a pregnancy, but also who will arrive. Sometimes it is a feeling, sometimes this individual makes his being or name known.
Conception and incarnation do not have to become a success. A woman and a man do not make a child, but receive it.
在體外（試管）受精中觀察到，在所謂「受孕前吸引複合體」存在幾個小時內的一種狀態：其中卵被幾十個精子細胞所包圍，精子的頭部以及尾巴一前一後靠著卵細胞的膜，此時觀察到，這種複合體開始旋轉，這是由精子細胞尾部的運動引起的。一段時間後，它們開始以相同的方式有節奏地移動，範德華(Van der Wal)1稱之為“交配之舞”。（註1）
這種卵細胞和精子有節奏性的舞蹈，以及在受孕前的幾個小時內正常關係的顛倒，可能是物質體開放給靈性的必要條件。有可能正在準備與人類的靈魂相遇。「受孕前吸引複合體」可能是即將出生人類的靈性胚芽2與其肉體胚芽相聯繫的時刻。這可能是一些人經歷或感知到的入世時刻。他們不僅注意到懷孕了，而且還會注意到誰會來。有時這是一種感受，有時這個獨特的個人會讓自己的存在或名字被人知道。
受孕和入世並不一定會成功。女人和男人並不是在製造孩子，而是要接受靈性以及肉體（物質）。

當一個人要孕育出生之時，胎兒是秉持父精母血所凝聚的一股氣，而產生「種子」，這個種子受到胎盤的孕養在子宮之內，於很好的環境之下，慢慢培養長大。「氣」的來源在那裡？就是由看不到的一股力量，而這一股力量我想就是「靈魂」。「靈魂」的「靈」是先天的東西，它是由宇宙之源所產生的。－節錄於楊緒東醫師的《靈體醫學大綱》（註2）
當這兩位大師級的醫師論點相碰撞時就產生很有趣的相似之處，西方的人智醫學以及東方的漢醫對受孕的看法，胎兒是秉持父精（精子）母血（卵）所凝聚的一股氣（靈魂），而產生種子（受精卵），所以先有無形的氣（靈性胚芽）才產生有形的種子（肉體胚芽）；這種藉由在體外（試管）受精中敏銳的觀察，發現在有形世界中可以呈現無形世界的足跡，所以說物質不離靈性，靈性不離物質。

「靈性不離物質，物質不離靈性，如是追尋靈性之光，為我們帶來溫暖。
追尋真正踏實的物質生活，卻不對靈性產生麻木；追尋靈性，但不是對超感官世界的瘋狂，而是期望能無私地應用在務實世界的務實生活中，轉向古老法則：物質不離靈性、靈性不離物質。
如是說來，我們願在靈性之光中盡一切的努力，如是追尋這靈性光芒，並藉由實際行動，為我們帶來溫暖。」
註1： Van der Wal博士，醫學博士，解剖學家和胚胎學家，自2012年從荷蘭馬斯特里赫特大學退休，他發現科學與宗教，物質與靈性，宏觀和微觀世界，創造與進化相遇成為人類的過程。
